To cancel the Sabbath option, touch and hold

CANCEL HOLD 3 SEC for three seconds.

and CANCEL are the only pads which are immediately active during Sabbath baking. These pads will cancel the current bake operation immediately after being pressed and should only be pressed after Sabbath ends. All other keys have a delayed effect.

If a power outage occurred while the oven was in Sabbath, the oven will automatically turn off and stay off even when the power returns.

Sabbath mode will resume, but any bake operation will be canceled.

NOTE: If a bake mode or a timed-bake mode is active prior to entering the Sabbath mode, those baking modes will still be active after entering the Sabbath mode. All other cooking modes will be canceled after Sabbath mode begins.
