Henny Penny 680 KFC manual To close lid, Lift up on the lid handle until it stops

To close lid:

1.Lower the lid until gasket comes into contact with the pot.

2.With the lid lowered, pull lid handle forward until it stops.

3.Lift up on the lid handle until it stops.

4.Bring lid handle out towards you until it stops.

5.Push lid handle down, locking lid in place.
