	Problem		Suggestion
Troubleshooting Continued...	Gross Negative	1.		Make sure Scale Platter is clear.
	Weight Displayed on	2.		Make sure Scale Platter is properly
	Screen (-----)			seated.
		3.		PRESS [REZERO].
		4.		PRESS [POWER] to turn scale
				ON/OFF.
		5.		Press the Reset Button.
		6.		Call for service.
	Over Gross Weight		1.	Make sure Scale Platter is clear.
	Displayed on Screen		2.	Make sure Scale Platter is properly
				seated.
			3.	PRESS [REZERO].
			4.	PRESS [POWER] to turn scale
				ON/OFF.
			5.	Press the Reset Button.
			6.	Call for service.
	PLU Not Found		1.	Check PLU Number.
			2.	Call Supervisor to check PLU
				information.
	Primary Label		1.	Check to see that labels are loaded
	Message			correctly.
			2.	Check to see that the cassette is
				properly engaged.
	System Prompts You		1.	Make sure that the Label exit is clear.
	To Take Label And No
	Label Is Present
	Partial Non-Printed		1.	Remove the Label Cassette and
	Label Is Exposed Near			check to see that the labels are
	Label Cassette			properly threaded. Re-insert the
	Opening			cassette when done.
			2.	If problem persists, call for service.
	Out of Labels Message		1.	Remove the Label Cassette and
				check to see that if labels are out.
			2.	Load new labels.
			3.	Re-insert the cassette when done.
