Solution: To find support and warranty information, go to the HP Web site at www.hp.com/support. If prompted, choose your country/region, and then click Contact HP for information on calling for technical support.

Print cartridge is not compatible

Cause: The indicated print cartridge(s) are not compatible with the HP All-in-One.

Solution: Replace the indicated print cartridge(s) with print cartridges that are compatible with the HP All-in-One.

Cause: The print cartridge is not intended for use in this device.

Wrong pen in slot

Cause: The print cartridge is inserted into the wrong slot.

Solution: Remove the print cartridge and insert it into the correct slot.

The tri-color print cartridge goes into the slot on the left.

The black or photo print cartridge goes into the slot on the right.
