7Repeating Playback

You can repeat playback of the current title or chapter (for DVD VIDEO), group or track (for DVD AUDIO) or track (for SVCD/ VCD/CD).

• You can also repeat playback of a desired portion (A-B Repeat).

To repeat a current title, group, chapter, or all tracks

& For DVD VIDEO:	During playback
For SVCD/VCD:	While stopped or during playback
	without PBC

For DVD AUDIO/CD: While stopped or during playback

1 Press ON SCREEN twice.

The on-screen bar with pull-down menu appears on the TV.

Ex.: When playing a DVD VIDEO.

2 Press cursor 3/2 repeatedly to

select (highlight) on the pull-down menu.

3 Press ENTER.

The pop-up window appears under the pull-down menu.

4 Press cursor ∞/5 repeatedly to select Repeat Play mode.

• Each time you press the button, Repeat Play mode changes as follows:

For DVD VIDEO:

ALL “ A-B“TITLE “ CHAPTER “ OFF “

(back to the beginning)

For DVD AUDIO:

ALL “ A-B “ GROUP “TRACK “ OFF “

(back to the beginning)

For SVCD/VCD/CD:

ALL “ A-B “ DISC “TRACK “ OFF “

(back to the beginning)

ALL	Repeats all the discs loaded on the disc trays
	or of the program (the ALL indicator lights
	up on the display).
A-B	Repeats a desired portion (the	A-B indicator
	lights up on the display) (see page 27).
TITLE	Repeats the current title (the	TITLE
	indicator lights up on the display).
GROUP	Repeats the current group (the	GROUP
	indicator lights up on the display).
DISC	Repeats all tracks on the current disc (the
	DISC indicator lights up on the display).
CHAPTER	Repeats the current chapter (the 1 indicator
	lights up on the display).
TRACK	Repeats the current track (the	1 indicator
	lights up on the display).
OFF	Selects to cancel Repeat Play mode.

5 Press ENTER.

The setting changes and the pop-up window goes off.

•If you select “ALL” during Random Play, the all tracks of the disc are played repeatedly in random order.

•“A-B” cannot be selected during Program and Random Play or while a disc is not playing.

To turn off the on-screen bar

Press ON SCREEN.

To cancel the repeat playback

Select “OFF” in step 4, then press ENTER.

You can directly change Repeat Play mode (except A-B) by pressing REPEAT on the remote control. See pages 23 and 36.
