No further data can be written to a CD-R/RW disc that has been finalized. (p.140)

No data can be written to a CD-RW disc that contains data written by another device.

Failed while writing to CD.

Select an appropriate speed for writing to CD-R/RW. If you failed while writing at the highest speed, try a slower speed. In some cases if you are using a disc that is optimized for high-speed writing, you may be una- ble to write at low speeds.

Try a different disc.

Can’t select some speeds when writing to CD.

The speeds that you can select will differ depending on the type of disc.

Can’t create an audio CD.

Use a blank disc.

Can’t play back on an audio CD player

Did you finalize the disc?

In the CD, Track at once page, click the Finalize button to finalize the disc. (p.140)

Did you use CD-R disc?

Some CD players are unable to play back CD-RW discs. We recommend that you use CD-R discs.

Have you tried using a different type of disc?

Even when the recommended media is used, some CD players are unable to play back certain types of CD-R/ RW disc. You may be able to play back successfully if you use a different type of CD-R/RW disc.

Is the audio file format supported?

Preview a WAV file of a supported format. (p.86, 135)

USB

Computer does not recognize the D3200

Is the USB cable connected correctly? (p.12)

Is the D3200 set to USB Slave mode? (p.93) Recognition may also fail on some models of Macintosh for specific versions of the operating system. In this case, leave the D3200 in USB mode, and disconnect and then reconnect the USB cable so that the D3200 will be recognized.

Error occurred when you disconnected the D3200 from the computer

Use the correct procedure to disconnect. (p.93)

When you connected the D3200, the computer asked you to install software or a device driver

Does the operating system of your computer support the D3200? (p.93)

Startup

The display hangs at “Start up from CD. Wait CD Mount.” and startup does not occur
