Removing Misfed Paper

When "Misfeed: D" Appears

A Open the duplex unit by lifting the catch.

B Open the right cover by lifting the catch (A), and open the upper cover of the interchange unit by pulling the handle (B).

C Remove the misfed paper.

D If the misfed paper was not re- moved in step C, open the upper cover of the bridge unit (A), and remove the misfed paper (B).

E Close the upper cover of the bridge unit.

F If the misfed paper was not re- moved in step D, open the right cover of the bridge unit (A), and remove the misfed paper (B).

G Close the covers in the following order: the right cover of the bridge unit, the upper cover of the interchange unit, the right cover of the printer, and the duplex unit.
