TROUBLESHOOTING & REPAIR

SNUBBER RESISTORS TEST

Service and repair should be performed by only Lincoln Electric factory trained personnel. DESCRIPTION

This test will determine if the snubber resistors (R4, R5, R6, R7) are functioning properly.

MATERIALS NEEDED

Analog Volt/ohmmeter (Multimeter) STT Wiring Diagrams

5/16” Nut driver

Note: Component locations and disassembly procedures may

vary slightly on STT II models
