Basic settings
,The oven must not be operated
until it has been correctly installed in
its housing unit.
The oven will switch on automatically
when it is connected to the electricity
supply.
Welcome screen
The greeting "Miele Willkommen" will
appear in the display, and you will then
be requested to select some basic
settings which are needed before the
appliance can be used.
^Follow the instructions in the display.
Set the language
First select the language you want:
^Scroll through the list until the
language you want is highlighted.
^Touch the OK sensor.
Select the country
^Scroll through the list until the country
you want is highlighted.
^Touch the OK sensor.
Set the date
^Then select the date.
^Touch the OK sensor.
Set the time (of day)
Now set the time of day using the
24 hour clock.
^Set the hours and the minutes.
^Touch the OK sensor.
The time of day can be displayed in
12 hour format (see "Settings - Time -
Clock format").
