<oper>: character string or integer (see <format>) indicating operator identifier.

<GSM_AcT>: GSM access technology

<GSMcomp_Act>: GSM compact access technology

<Utran_Act>: UTRA access technology

Read Operator Name: +COPN

Description: This command returns the list of all operator names (in numeric and alphanumeric format) stored in the G2150I.

Command syntax: AT+COPN

Command response: +COPN: <NumOper>,<AlphaOper>
