Short Message Commands

mode (default “STO UNSENT” for +CMGW). Indicates the status of message in memory. If <stat> is omitted, the stored message is considered as a message to send.

<length> Length of the actual data unit in bytes

Send Message From Storage: +CMSS

Description: This command sends a message stored at location value <index>.

Command syntax: AT+CMSS=<index>[,<da> [,<toda>] ]

Response syntax: +CMSS: <mr> or +CMS ERROR: <err> if sending fails

If a new recipient address <da> is given, it will be used instead of the one stored with the message

UDHI: User Data Header Information, b6=1 if the beginning of the User Data field contains a Header in addition to the short message. This option is not supported in +CSMP command,
