The MST Port Configuration screen contains the following fields:
•Select MST – Select an MST to be displayed.
•Interface – Displays the Port or LAG for which the MSTP settings are displayed.
•Port Priority – Defines the interface priority for the specified instance. The field range is
•Port Path Cost – Indicates the port contribution to the Spanning Tree instance. The range should always be
•Port ID – Indicates the port priority and interface number of the source port.
•Port Mode – Indicates MST is enabled on the interface. The possible field values are:
–Enabled – Enables MST on the interface.
–Disabled – Disables MST on the interface.
•Port Forwarding State – Indicates whether the port is enabled for the specific instance. The possible field values are:
–Disabled — Indicates that STP is currently disabled on the port.
–Blocking — Indicates that the port is currently blocked and cannot forward traffic or learn MAC addresses.
