Busy or No Answer

You can forward your calls to another extension when your extension is busy or if you do not

answer the call within a pre-determined time.

Lift the handset

For a PT: Press the CO
assigned as the
FWD/DND button.
For an SLT: Dial 71.
Hang up or press
