6.0Troubleshooting Tips

If a problem arises with the printer, the information in this section will help you resolve it. Use this guide as a starting point in troubleshooting. If you have questions, or if problems persist, contact a qualified service technician or a Technical Support Representative. The following are problems that will not necessarily generate a message (see Section 6.1 for Fault and Warning Messages).

Cannot communicate through

Be sure the parallel cable is connected and is
