1On the RealPresence Collaboration Server menu, click Administration > Software Management >

Backup Configuration.

The Backup Configuration dialog box opens.

2 Click the Browse button.

The Browse To File dialog box opens.

3Select the Backup Directory Path and then click Backup.

4On the Windows taskbar, click the Start > Programs.

aIf the VMware vSphere Client is displayed in the recently used programs list, click VMware

vSphere Client in the list to start the application.

bSelect All Programs > VMware > VMware vSphere Client.

The VMware vSphere Client login window is displayed.

When the RealPresence Collaboration Server backs up the current configuration, if any changes

occur immediately or during the request, then additional changes are not registered.
