9Make sure the correct version is selected in the Selected Version dropdown box and click OK.

10 Remove the USB key from the PC workstation.

11 Insert the USB key in any USB port of the RealPresence Collaboration Server 800s.

12 Turn off the Collaboration Server, then turn it On.

This step may take up to ten minutes.

13 Start the Collaboration Server Web Client application on the workstation.

aIn the browser’s address line, enter the IP address of the Control Unit in the following format:

http://<Control Unit IP Address>.

bClick Enter.

When the Collaboration Server Web Client Login window is displayed, the version change was

successful.
