5In the Initial Setup Utility dialog box, click the Restore to Factory Security Defaults link.

The Restore to Factory Security Defaults dialog box is displayed.

6Click OK.

7Remove the USB key from the PC workstation.

8Insert the USB key in any USB port of the RealPresence Collaboration Server 800s.

9Turn off the RealPresence Collaboration Server 800s, then turn it on.

10 Start the Collaboration Server Web Client application on the workstation.
