Ports

5.11.8.1 Tether Port (COM1)

Note: RS232 serial communications is one of the modes available on the tether port, located on the side of the 7530 G2

Baud

Double-tapping on this parameter displays a pop-up window in which you can choose an appropriate baud rate.

Data Bits

This parameter determines the number of bits data bits included in each asynchronous data byte. Most devices use 8 bit data bytes. Double-tapping on this option displays a pop-up window in which you can choose either 7 or 8 data bits.
