Verifying the Data Host

An error in the A2 or B2 FC link can result in a device being listed as in an “unusable” state in cfgadm, but no HBAs being listed in the “unconnected” state in the luxadm output. The multipathing software will note an offline path, as shown in CODE EXAMPLE 5-4.
