7.Tap OK when you are done editing the image.

Your changes are saved and you are returned to the record in Edit View.

Working with text

Edit text fields using the virtual Keyboard and the editing functions accessible from the Edit menu.

Entering text

To type in text fields:

1.From the Edit View of a database record, tap in the text field you wish to edit.

2.Use the virtual Keyboard to enter or edit text, then tap OK. to save your changes and return to the database List View.

Selecting text

With a database record open in Edit View, double tap a word to select it, or drag your stylus to select blocks of text.

Editing functions

1.With a database record open in Edit View, tap Edit. The Edit functions include:

Undo: to undo the last editing operation

Cut: to delete the highlighted portion of the current text field and store it in the clipboard

Copy: to copy the highlighted portion of the current text field into the clipboard.

Paste: to insert the contents of the clipboard at the current focus cursor position.

Select All: To select all text in the field with the cursor in it.
