Memo Pad (Palm only) overview

Note that application names differ slightly on different devices. On newer Palm devices, the Memo Pad application is called Memo. See Table 4-1, “Application names on different device platforms,” on page 63.

Using Pylon Conduit and Pylon Pro from iAnywhere Solutions, you can synchronize the Memo Pad application on your Palm OS device with your choice of Lotus Notes databases on your Desktop.

You also can create new entries on your device. When you sync, your Palm OS Memo Pad entries are placed in the Lotus Notes database that you have selected.

Using Pylon, you can choose what you will sync, including:

All entries in your Lotus Notes Mail Drafts folder (this is the default setting).

All entries in another Lotus Notes Database such as a Journal.

You also can decide not to sync your Memo Pad.

Expense (Palm only) overview

Using Pylon Conduit and Pylon Pro from iAnywhere Solutions, you can create a Lotus Notes Expense database on your Desktop and synchronize it with the native Expense application on your Palm OS device.

You also can create new entries on your device. When you sync, your Palm OS Expense entries are placed in your Lotus Notes Expense database.

Using Pylon, you can choose what you will sync, including:

All entries in your Lotus Notes Expense database

Multiple Expense databases organized by category on your Palm device

You also can decide not to sync your Expense.
