Chapter 7

Overview

Using Pylon Pro you can synchronize virtually any Lotus Notes custom database to your Palm OS or Pocket PC OS device. You also can modify database entries on your device.

Using Pylon Pro, you can choose what you will sync, including:

Up to 20 Lotus Notes custom databases or custom database Views

Lotus Notes custom databases that you have created yourself specifically for use on your mobile device

Existing databases, such as a Journal or Expense database (on Pocket PC OS), that are not associated with your Lotus Notes PIM applications.

Multiple Views from the same database

You can also decide not to sync any custom databases using Pylon Pro. How to enable and disable Pylon Pro from syncing is covered in this chapter, as well as instructions on how to configure Pylon Pro to modify your sync options for each custom database.
