The Paper Level Indicator (Orange) moves down as paper level declines, warning you that the paper is running out.

Full Empty

NOTE: When "ADD PAPER" message appears on the display, either Tray-1 or Tray-2 has run out of paper or is not closed firmly (See page 35). Replenish the paper in the tray(s) or ensure that the tray(s) are closed.

1Feed 1 sheet of paper at a time.

Paper Weight: 16 – 44 lb

2 Adjust the width guides.

Incorrect adjustment may cause the paper to wrinkle, misfed or skew.

NOTE: For envelope printing details refer to the DMS Operator's Manual included on the CD.

Printing Side Up

Do not press Start until the LCD display indicates "Paper Size" plus an "" Press the "" key to select another size. (See page 94).
