	File creation failure	Check if the access privilege to the

		if the server or local disk has a suffi-
		cient space in disk capacity.
	File deletion failure	Turn the power OFF and then back
1C32		ON. Perform the job in error again. If
		the error still occurs, contact your ser-
		vice representative.
	File access failure	Check if the access privilege to the
1C33		storage directory is writable. Check
		if the server or local disk has a suffi-
		cient space in disk capacity.
	Image conversion abnormality	Turn the power OFF and then back
1C40		ON. Perform the job in error again. If
		the error still occurs, contact your ser-
		vice representative.
	HDD full failure during processing	Reduce the number of pages of the
		job in error and perform the job
1C60		again. Check if the server or local
		disk has a sufficient space in disk
		capacity.
	Address Book reading failure	Turn the power OFF and then back
		ON. Perform the job in error again.
1C61		Reset the data in the Address Book
		and perform the job again.
		If the error still occurs, contact your
		service representative.
	Memory acquiring failure	Turn the power OFF and then back
1C62		ON. Perform the job in error again. If
		the error still occurs, contact your ser-
		vice representative.
1C63	Terminal IP address unset	Ask your administrator to set the IP
		address of the equipment.
1C64	Terminal mail address unset	Ask your administrator to set the
		E-mail address of the equipment.
1C65	SMTP address unset	Ask your administrator to set the
		SMTP server address.
1C66	Server time time-out error	Check if the SMTP server is operat-
		ing properly.
	NIC time time-out error	Turn the power OFF and then back
1C67		ON. Perform the job in error again. If
		the error still occurs, contact your ser-
		vice representative.
