Memory transmission
In the memory transmission mode, originals are scanned at high speed and temporarily stored in memory |

before transmitting. |
|
• Up to 100 transmissions can be reserved. |
|
• Up to 1000 pages can be stored in 1 transmission. |
|
• You can specify two or more remote Faxes at one time. |
|
• If the original cannot be sent (the remote Fax is busy or otherwise unavailable), the remote Fax is auto- | 2 |
matically redialed repeatedly. | |
• Documents can no longer be added to memory if it becomes full midway during scanning. In this case, |
reduce the number of originals you are sending, or try sending in the direct transmission mode. ( P.47 “Direct transmission”)
• If an original is placed on the original glass, the scanning conditions can be changed for each page. ( P.33 “Setting the scanning conditions for each page”)

2 Press the [FAX] button on the control panel.
3 Press the [ADDRESS] button to enter the address menu, and then press the [OPTION] button.
4 Press the [MEMORY TX] button, set the other transmission condi- tions, then press the [ENTER] button.
