1.Coloque el brócoli uniformemente en el fondo de la olla. Agregue el jamón, pavo o pollo

2.En un recipiente pequeño combine la sopa, el agua, la mayonesa, la cebolla, el jugo de limón y el curry en polvo; revuélvalos bien para mezclarlos. Vierta la mezcla en la olla.

3.Coloque la olla en la base, tápela y cueza a fuego lento en el ajuste Med (No. 4) durante

2 horas o LO (No. 3) durante 3 a 4 horas hasta que el brócoli esté blando al pincharlo con el tenedor. Si lo desea agregue las almendras justo antes de servir. Reduzca la temperatura al ajuste Keep Warm (No. 2) para servir. Sirva sobre tostadas o bollos calientes. Rinde 8 a 10 porciones.

1.Precaliente la olla a fuego lento en una estufa o cocina eléctrica o a gas. Agregue las costillas en lotes para dorarlas. Alíñelas con sal y pimienta.

2.Vuela a poner todas las costillas en la olla. Coloque sobre las costillas el chucrut, la cebolla, los champiñones, las tajadas de manzana y el azúcar rubio. Espolvoree semillas de apio.

3.Coloque la olla en la base, tápela y cocine en el ajuste LO (No. 3) durante 7 a 9 horas o HI (No. 5) durante 3 a 4 horas hasta que la carne esté blanda. Reduzca la temperatura al ajuste Keep Warm (No. 2) para servir. Rinde 6 porciones.
