Consejos de asado

Fría con o sin aceite o mantequilla.

Combine en una fuente 4 huevos, ¼ taza de leche, ¼ cucharadita de sal y pimienta al gusto. Vierta la mezcla en la base y revuélvala hasta que se cueza.

Colóquelas en la parrilla sin engrasar. Voltéelas con tenazas para que no revienten.

Sumerja el pan en la mezcla de huevo con leche. Coloque el pan en la parrilla. (Receta para 6 rebanadas de pan: combine 1 huevo batido, 1 taza de leche y 1 cucharadita de sal)

Colóquelas en una parrilla sin engrasar. Durante la cocción, elimine el exceso de grasa con una cuchara o succionador

Agregue 2 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida o aceite a la mezcla envasada. Hornee hasta que comiencen a aparecer burbujas, voltéelos y hornee el otro lado.

Colóquelas en la parrilla sin engrasar. El cerdo debe quedar bien cocido.

Coloque el relleno entre las rebanadas de pan. Esparza en la parte externa del pan mantequilla reblandecida.

Voltéelas cada 5 minutos para dorarlas en forma uniforme. Elimine la grasa con una cuchara o succionador a medida que ésta se acumula.

Voltéelas cada 2½ minutos.

Coloque los entremeses, canapés o alimentos asados en la parrilla para mantenerlos tibios hasta servirlos.

Voltee y separe las rebanadas a medida que se cueza el tocino. Elimine el exceso de grasa con una cuchara o succionador

NOTA: Preste atención cuando fría alimentos gras osos para que la grasa no se salga de la superficie de cocción hacia los lados de la base, ya que podría dañar las piezas eléctricas dentro de la base.
