Software Upgrade
Note: This section does not reload the operating system, if you need to reload Windows 2000 Professional, see Reinstalling the Operating System on page 94 for details.
To update the software:
1.Before you begin upgrading the CXP6000 Color Server software you should backup your current configuration.
2.Exit the Creo Software Application from the Job menu select Exit, and then wait for the Creo icon to disappear from the windows task bar on the right hand side.
3.Before updating the system to a new version, removal of the current version is required. From the Start menu, select Settings > Control Panel and then
4.Select the CXP6000 icon and then click Change/Remove button. The following confirmation message appears.
5.Click Yes.
The Uninstall Shield appears.
Note: When prompted to remove certain files select Yes to all.
