Cleaning the Platen

Step 1. Open the printer Door.

Step 2. Remove the Transfer Film.

Step 3. Manually run the Hot Roller Cleaning Card over the Platen.

Step 4. Re-install the Transfer Film.

Step 5. Close the printer Door.
