Neither Clarity nor your retail dealer or selling distributors has any responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages including without limita- tion, commercial loss or profit, or for any incidental expenses, expenses, loss of time, or inconvenience. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
