Database screen pop with quick transfer phone links
oScreen Pop; when selected and after a call is answered, a separate window will pop on top of Console.NET displaying Customer details including the notes field. Phone numbers from the customer database appear as links to provide single click external call transfers. (see Chapter 7 - Using Console.NET for more information on how to transfer a call to an external number)
Note: The popup window does not close automatically. If popup is selected, a new popup window will open each time a call is picked up whether from the initial ring or from a hold or park state. Each window must be closed manually
