RAM failure occurs (breaking glass sound after startup chord)
Startup
1Remove top RAM SO DIMM (if present) and restart computer. If startup sequence is normal, replace RAM SO DIMM and retest.
2Replace bottom RAM SO DIMM and retest.
3Replace microprocessor board.
4Replace I/O logic board.
