Tools and Equipment

The Cisco XR 12404 Router is designed to be installed with a minimum number of tools. The following tools are required.

•1/4-inch flat-blade screwdriver

•3/16-inch flat-blade screwdriver

•9/16-inch wrench

•10-mm wrench (either open-end or socket)

•2-mm allen wrench

•ESD-preventive wrist or ankle strap

•Antistatic mat

•Tape measure

•Wire cutters

•Pliers
