Removing the Cooling Shroud

1Turn off the system, including any attached peripherals, and disconnect the system from its electrical outlet.

2Remove the system-board assembly. See "Removing a System-Board Assembly" on page 61.

3Push out one side of the cooling shroud in the direction of the arrow. See Figure 3-7.

4Gently lift the cooling shroud out of the system board assembly. See Figure 3-7.
