The SQUal (slave qualifier) command allows you to specify the level qualifier for the slave clock.

<qual_level> {OFFLOWHIGH}

Query:MACHine{12}:SFORmat:SQUal?<qual_num>

The SQUal query returns the qualifier specified for the slave clock.
