CALYO FAIL	Indicates that the YO adjusted at power-on or at
	preset is unable to calibrate. Initiate a full self-test
	to gather more information if this fault is indicated.
CALMAN	Indicates that the manual sweep DAC adjusted at
FAIL	power-on or at preset is unable to calibrate. Initiate
	a full self-test to gather more information if this fault
	is indicated.
TMR	Indicates a possible internal software error. Two
CNFLCT	routines are trying to use the same timer.
FAIL
SEARCH	Indicates that the ALC search leveling algorithm has
	failed. This fault indication is possible only if the
	search leveling mode is on.
