Clear stapler jams
To reduce the risk of staple jams, make sure that you staple 20 or fewer pages of media (80 g/m2 or 20 lb) at a time.
1.Open the stapler door.
NOTE Opening the stapler door disables the stapler.
2.Remove the staple cartridge from the device.
