Selecting Digital Modem Monitor Options

Timer Options

Use the Timer dialog box to change the polling period, which is expressed in seconds. The polling period controls how often the screen information is updated. (The default value is 5 seconds.) This period must be a numeric value ranging from 1 to 3600 seconds.

To change the polling period value, either select a value using the up or down arrows in the Polling period field, or type in a new value.

The value that appears in the text Status requests are updated every X seconds is obtained from the current polling period used by the program.
