	When creating or editing a phonebook entry, select
	the Multiple Lines option. (To access the
	phonebook, select Start, Programs, Accessories,
	Dial up networking. To edit an entry, select the
	entry, click More, and select Edit entry and
	modem properties from the pop-up menu. For
