Adjusting the Brightness

Adjust the brightness using Iris, Gain, Shutter speed and ND filter according to the brightness of the object.

Adjusting the Brightness Automatically

When the [FULL AUTO] switch is set to “ON”, Iris, Gain, Shutter speed and ND filter are automatically adjusted according to the brightness of the object to maintain optimum brightness.

Memo :

You can use the cross­shaped button (HI) on the side of the camera recorder to set the target level (brighter/darker) to maintain optimum brightness during automatic adjustment.

 The convergence speed of the automatic adjustment for gain, shutter and iris can be set in the menu.

If one or more of the items (Gain, Iris and Shutter) have been set to “Auto”, the value of the corresponding items when the user button that is assigned “AE Lock” is pressed can be fixed.

some or all of the items (Iris, Gain and Shutter

Speed) can be manually adjusted.
