actualnumberofframespersecondis
approximately59.94(29.97).However,thetime
codeprocessingstandardis“60p”,“60i”,or
“30p”frames.Tomakeupfortheframenumber
discrepancy,thedropframemode(Drop)drops
the00frameand01frameeveryminuteexcept
forminutesthataremultiplesof10.However,in
thecaseof“60p”,the00,01,02and03frame
aredropped.
Thenondropframemode(NonDrop)doesnot
dropframesandignoresthediscrepancywith
theactualtime.
