	Use	To
	Enable Analog Receive	Enable receiving of analog faxes.
	Off	Note: Off is the factory default setting.

	Use	To
	E‑mail Server Setup	Specify e‑mail server information.
	Subject	Notes:
	Message
		• You can enter up to 255 characters in the Subject field.
	File Name
		• You can enter up to 512 characters in the Message field.
		• You can enter up to 53 characters in the File Name field.
	E‑mail Server Setup	Send a copy of the e-mail to the sender.
	Send me a copy	Note: “Never appears” is the factory default setting.

	E‑mail Server Setup	Specify the maximum e-mail size in kilobytes (KB).
	Max E‑mail size	Note: E-mails greater than the specified maximum size are not sent.
	0–65535 KB
	E‑mail Server Setup	Send a message when an e-mail is greater than the configured size limit.
	Size Error Message	Note: You can enter up to 1024 characters.
	E‑mail Server Setup	Specify a domain name, such as a company domain name, and then limit e‑mail
	Limit destinations	destinations only to that domain name.
		Notes:
		• E-mail can be sent only to the specified domain.
		• You can specify only one domain.
	E‑mail Server Setup	Define the e‑mail server path name; for example: /directory/path.
	Web Link Setup	Notes:
	Server
		• The characters * : ? < > are invalid entries for a path name.
	Login
		• You can enter up to 128 characters for Server, Login, Password, Path, and Web

		• You can enter up to 53 characters for File Name.
