User Transmission

User Transmission

This function allows you to check each user or department's transmis- sion history. To use the function, you need to program a user code (eight digits max.) for each user or depart- ment, to be entered before transmis- sion. See the General Settings Guide.

Note

You can program codes of up to 8 digits for a maximum of 100 users and/or departments. With the op- tional account enhance module in- stalled, you can program user codes for a maximum of 500 users and/or departments. See the Gen- eral Settings Guide.

You can enter user codes or names into various lists or reports.

A Place the original, and then select desired scan settings.

B Press [Transmission Mode].

C Press [User TX].

D Using the number keys enter a

user code (up to eight characters),

and then press [#].

The programmed user name will appear.

Note

If you enter a wrong code, press

[Clear] or the {Clear/Stop} key be- fore pressing [#], and then try again.

To cancel the operation, press [Cancel]. The display returns to that of step C.

E Press [OK].

The standby display appears.

To check the settings, press

[Transmission Mode].

F Specify a destination, and then press the {Start} key.
