5Slide the tray(s) back into

the printer.

6Open the front cover,

then close it.

The media jam error

message is cancelled.

Clearing Misfeed (Multipurpose Tray) Jams

1Remove the media from in the multipurpose tray.

2Press the right-side cover release button and support the cover in a partially-open

position.

3Care fully remove the jammed media.
