Downloading the System File via Ethernet (TCP/IP)

First, you need to make sure that the printer is on and accessible through your network.
1From your PC:
aFrom the Start menu choose Run...
bType command
cIn the DOS window, type
ping
ipaddress
↵ (for example, ping 161.33.128.5)
If the printer connection is working correctly, your screen will display printer
information similar to the following:
