Access level is also used to control access via Telnet. If the Telnet Session
Access Level is set to Administrator (see Table
Login ID with an Operator access level is not permitted access.
Creating a Login
Logins apply to the terminal directory connected to the communication port or Telnet access directly to the ATI of the Model 7986 Standalone Termination Unit.
Six login ID/password combinations are available. Each Login ID and Password must be unique and include an access level.

1.To create a login record, follow this menu selection sequence: Main Menu → Control → Administer Logins
