Tips for Voice Operation

For your voice commands to be correctly re- cognized and interpreted, ensure that condi- tions are suitable for recognition.

Close the vehicle windows

Please note that wind through the vehicle win- dow or miscellaneous noise from outside the vehicle can interfere with voice operation.

Keep a proper distance from the microphone

For optimum pick-up, don’t speak commands extremely close to the microphone.

Pause before giving a command Speaking too soon may cause the recognition to fail.

Pronounce your commands carefully

Speak slowly, deliberately, and clearly.
