SoundPoint IP 32x/33x User Guide

Your phone displays the active incoming call on the screen. You can access inactive calls (calls on hold, or incoming calls that you don’t immediately answer) by pressing the right arrow key.

The following figure shows one active call and one on hold for Line 1.

Your phone distributes incoming calls for lines that have multiple Line Keys evenly across the two Line Keys.

To display and access the calls on another Line Key, press the appropriate Line Key. When you press the Line Key, the first call on hold in the inactive call group for that Line Key will automatically resume.

Line Keys have a status indicator that can be:

Solid green—Indicating an active call is in progress.

Fast flashing green—Indicating there is an Incoming (ringing) call.

Flashing green—Indicating the call is held by the other party.

Flashing red—Indicating the call is on hold.

Solid red—Indicating the line is busy remotely (shared lines only).
