E[<value>]
Description
Determines whether or not the DCE echoes charac ters
received from the DTE duri ng the Command and
Online-Command modes.

Get Info (I)
Syntax
I[<value>]
Description
This read-only command re turns three different
manufacturer information strings, depending on the <value>
of the parameter sent.

Result Code Condition
OK The command was correctly recognized and
processed with any required <value> being
set.
ERROR The command was unrecognized, the <value>
parameter was out of range, or some syntactical
error was encountered.
0DCE does not echo characters.
1DCE echoes char acters.
