If the room is cold, refer to ‘Cold weather power-up’ on page 1-2 before swltchlng on

1Check the Caution Indicator If It IS lit, see the Character Display and correct the fault

2 Place a document In the feeder and press Copy Check that the copy quallty IS satisfactory

3 Open the scanner

Gently wipe the exposure glass, whale plate and the rollers with a clean soft damp cloth

4Open the printer and remove the roll

Gently wipe the thermal head and the platen roller with a clean soft cloth moistened with alcohol

Caution:

Do not use water

5 Clean the machine’s exterior with a clean soft dry cloth Do not use a cleanlng agent
